| In recent years, network technology and video technology are rapidly developed ,the traditional monitoring systems are also continuing to develop in the new direction, emerging the remote video monitoring system which combines the network technology and video technology.The custom 8/16 bits SCM system cannot meet the demand of monitor system based on Web. On the other hand, with the development of semiconductor industry , the price of 32" bits embedded microprocessor dropped quickly. And the embedded Linux came,which sound code is open and free, embedded technology makes long-term restraining large-scale application of the cost factor no longer exists.Introducing embedded Linux into the monitor system based on Web became a perfect solution.The remote video monitor which based on embedded system is researched in thisdissertation.Its core is ARM7 embedded processor which is for the development and application of the low-end production. It expands video image collection chip and MPEG-4 hardware compressed encoding chip.etc, and choose Boa as embedded Web server to build the remote video monitor based on Web. The user can use the brower at any time and any place to monitor the status of the region.In the system, BT829B of company ROCKWELL is selected as video converter and IME6400 of company INTiME for video signal sampling and coding, both of them improve the collection and coding efficiency and reduce the occupancy rate of CPU; Encoded digital video signal is sent to video server through IIC Bus then sended to the user.The server is consisted by ARM7 processor S3C44B0X and embedded OS uClinux ,NM7010B+ of WIZNET company completed network transmission ,replace the TCP/IP stack in the kernel. It cuts off the size of the system and the utilization of the cpu, enhance the system's stability and achieve high efficiency transmission of video data. |
