Design And Research On Control System Of Expansion-Compressor

Expansion-Compressor is a new type of energy-saving and environmental protection leaflet mechanism that it combines vapour wheel-diameter expansion engine and centrifugal compressor and modern sensory control technology together. The running of production techniques is normal or not mainly depends on the control system of the Expansion-Compressor. So it is especially important to design a useful control system.In this article the main job describes as follow:Studied turbo-expander's regulation characters and centrifugal compressor's regulation characters, linked Expansion-Compressor's structure, I established the machine's dynamical mathematical models according to the immanent mechanism of the course of production. Adopt pressure feedback and import restrictive accommodation mode to control constant pressure output. Among many other things, I take the machine's rotation rate as a control quantity of the subcontrol circuit. Therefore I designed a set of PID cascade control system. The simulink result shows good.Aiming at the inherent characteristic of surge control of the compressor, make use of the method of fixed flux limit to achieve surge-resistant control of Expansion-Compressor. At the same time, I designed a series of surge-resistant control system by using the theory of fuzzy control.Synthetically I designed lubricate system and steam circle system and inspect system of machine condition, besides, I achieved the need of control and finished Expansion-Compressor's control system based on PLC. The design of the software and hardware of control system were also given.
