| Compared with the traditional control devices, control moment gyroscopes, new satellite pose control device with greater control scope and more precise control of the output torque, is optimized for the mobile satellite and space station pose adjustment. The applications of control moment gyroscopes are still in the exploratory stage in our country. With the rapid development of space technique, research and fabrication of control moment gyroscopes has become an important subject in the space industry.In this thesis, the development of the control moment gyroscopes is in detail discussed, and the domestic and foreign control moment gyroscopes is analyzed and compared. The practical application of foreign control moment gyroscopes is introduced. Then, the development feasibility of small-scale control moment gyroscopes is described. Firstly, gyroscopes's basic theory on the control moment is introduced. The mathematical model of the mechanical and thermal is given, and other aspects simulation is carried out. Then, the digital process system circuit is designed with the DSP and CPLD high-performance chips. TI's high-performance 32-bit floating-point DSP processors TMS320C32 is applied for data process, LATTICE CPLD chip ispLSI1032E is applied for control circuit, the watchdog monitoring circuit is designed. The differential voltage and TTL voltage conversion circuit withl6 bit latching chip 74 ACT16373 is designed to ensure reliability. The circuit theory is in depth investigated, and the corresponding PCB is given. Hardware is debugged with 5V power. The circuit has low power consumption. Initialization program and the main program and bootloader program of hardware are given. Verilog is applied to program for the CPLD control functions. The circuit function is debugged. According to the results observed in the gyroscope frame system, the designed circuit achieves the desired performance.The design on hardware and software design of control circuit is accomplished, and the function of circuit is debugged and analyzed. The research work provides solid foundation for follow-up work. |
