| Reverse engineering plays an increasingly important role in creative accelerated new product development and manufacturing.The automobile seal RE involves the so many links,which causes the product precision to be very low and causes the automobile seal RE development manufacture slow progress.At present domestic and foreign only limits regarding the automobile seal reverse-engineering products error precision technology's research to each concrete craft step reliability,the precision and in the quality discussion,but are few regarding the automobile seal reverse-engineering system's formation product size precision aspect whole research.Here in the essay,the author takes FDM and silastic mould integrated manufacturing system as an example,divides the whole course of the manufacture into five steps:Pre-processing,Laminating Free Form Abrication,Post-processing, the course of reproducing silastic mould from Rapid Prototyping and the manufacture of finished parts from silastic mould.Factors affecting the manufacture accuracy occuring in every step and the related control measures are specifically and completely illustrated.A closed error link is established in the form of the size link, which consists of errors occurring in every manufacture step of the Reverse engineering Manufacture System and error compensation.On the basis of the control over errors occurring in every manufacture step,the well-trained BP Neural Network is pre-stationed to the Reverse engineering Manufacture System and an optimum controllable input is drawn which can make the Reverse engineering Manufacture System produce a standard product,and the manufacture accuracy of the Reverse engineering Manufacture System can be controlled off line.And this error-control method is tested in laboratory and in production. |
