| With the development of computer technology and network technique,vessel automation has upgraded from the automation of single equipment and subsystem to the comprehensive automation throughout the whole vessel.It is sure that Vessel Network Integrated Monitoring will lead the development of vessel automation to an important field.First of all,this paper,by studying the development and status in quo of the Vessel Network Integrated Monitoring System,mainly analyzes and focuses on the difference and gap in the research and development of this system between China and foreign countries,making the conclusion that it is imperative to research and develop products with complete intellectual property rights of our own.Secondly,this paper makes a simple introduction of the field bus of the programmable logic controller(PLC) and Profibus,introducing PLC development and its main functions.By taking Siemens S7-300 for example,this paper also introduces the modules constituted of PLC system,their functions as well as STEP7 programming. In the introduction of PROFIBUS technique,PROFIBUS-DP equipment style,network structure and their working process are mainly emphasized.Last but not the least,with adoption of PROFIBUS-DP technique,the paper designs Vessel Network Synthesis Monitoring System based on Siemens S7-300.This system,with such structural frame of three layers network as information layer,control layer and equipment layer,makes monitor on engine room and on Bridge system integrative and realizes centralized monitor throughout whole ship by human-machine interface.In the part of PLC application,the system makes two S7-300 PLC as master station and several distributing I/O unit as slave station with the aim of realizing convenient management of the system.Lots of functions of the system can be realized, such as function of alarm records,real time data and history data records and printing, extension alarm and marine engineer calling,Voyage Data Recorder(VDR) and so on.Finally,the paper describes system hardware configuration and realization of human-machine interaction by utilizing configuration king software,analyzing in theory and designing the anti-interference of the system at the same time. |
