| The 21st century is the century of marine.The current maritime sectors bring the Vessel Traffic Services(VTS) system in order to protect the maritime transport's security,improve the maritime transport's efficiency and promote the maritime transport's stability development.As a Vessel Traffic Services(VTS) system key technology,Radar Data Processing system is very important to protect maritime transport safety.Radar target detection and acquisition is an important component of Radar Data Processing system.It detects the target from the Radar video signal after clutter suppression processing,and extracts target information.In recent years,the development of Large Scale Integration(LSI) technology and Very Large Scale Integration(VLSI) technology,especially the appearance of large-scale programmable logic device and the promotion of high-performance DSP configuration, bring a new breakthrough to the Radar Data Processing.This project realizes Radar target detection and acquisition in use of high-speed dual-channel data acquisition board SD7541A provided by SDRising.Radar target detection and acquisition detects targets from the clutter and noise, and extracts the targets' characteristic information from the Radar video signal,in order to be used in target tracking.This thesis studies the main target detection algorithms, such as moving window detector,two-pole filter,and the improvement of these two algorithms,such as small moving window detector,two-pole filter bank,and analyses detection algorithms from the stability,performance in signal to noise ratio and false alarm ratio.This thesis also discusses the problem of target split,the adaptive detection threshold and the interaction between target detection and target tracking processing. This thesis analyses the target's characteristic information,and discusses the process of target acquisition in detail.It is showed that the target acquisition is feasible by the simulation experiment.The implementation based on DSP,is one focus of this thesis.Hardware and software development platform based on DSP are discussed,and mainly studies the software design and optimization of moving window detector,two-pole filter.It is indicated that Radar target detection and acquisition is fulfilled the real-time requirement of Radar Data Processing from testing time. |
