| The main body of thesis is based on multidisciplinary theory such as linguistics, study of sign, sociology and the text analysis, case study and preliminary content analysis , then concrete discourse analysis about advertisement sign of news magazine.In order to make the relationship between mass media discourse and explores the "power" forms more clear in different concept systems.Discourse analysis of this thesis chooses a concrete mass media- news magazine including news having notable influence discourse in our country and magazine a unique media discourse. According to the character, communication characters and consumption effect, the thesis suggests that news magazine discourse should have resource power, legitimacy power, stratum power and diffusion power.
