Along with progress of society,people have proposed to a higher request on the quality and the content of color newspaper.It has causd the newspaper development to seriation,multicolored and multi-versions.At present,metheds are used that artificial visual observation,manual adjustment and the single printer operation on the initialization of printing ink in the great majority of enterprises.The insufficiencies have caused that unstability of newspaper quality,the poor quality of color,serious waste of paper and the printing ink.In view of problems above,this article mainly has carried on the design and research to the initialization of printing ink of color newspaper printing system.Firstly,hardware design method is proposed based on the CC-LINK field bus control system through the industry control computer,PLC,stepping motor and the field bus.Moreover,a detailed design is carried on about field bus,control terminal,the execution termina and the feedback loop.Secondly,a task scheduling strategy is studied based on Genetic Algorithms,and then simulation research is conducted according to concrete experimental condition and resources.To some extent,the rationale foundation is laid for the realization of system.Then PID control procedure is designed which is applied in this system,and then PID parameter optimization method based on Particle Swarm Optimization is researched.Finally,it is studied that relationship of RGB image and ink thickness.Furthermore,the analysis and management software of host computerin is designed in initialization of printing ink based on C ++ Builder 6.0.
