As the upgrade of the demands of family information, digital home becomes the goal of people's life. Digital entertainment equipment, which is the important one of digital home, provides us with a convenient platform. However, people are no longer satisfied with one-way, passive recipients of information; the importance of two-way communication becomes increasingly obvious. The video sharing systems of this thesis is coming from this idea.The video is transported on internet. And the internet is based on the sharing channel of TCP/IP protocol and consists of various heterogeneous subnets. Its transportation latency, available bandwidth and package lost rate are unpredictable. So it's necessary to have an efficient encoding method and an adaptive real time transportation strategy to meet the multimedia communication's requirement of latency and bandwidth.This thesis introduces related technologies of video processing, and then by analyzing the application requirements, an end-to-end video sharing system framwork is designed. Next to it, the thesis describes the video codec, the designs of the video transport and control, play modules. Finally, the system is implemented, using RTPLIB, JM open source software, directshow technologies. By taking JM decode part into directshow framework; the function of directshow is extended.With good QoS, reusability and extensibility, the prototype can be used in H.264 play system. It's benefit for the multimedia transport system, such as VOD system. |
