Laser fuze is an important component of the air-to-air missile, it deals with detecting and distinguishing the targets, and detonates the missile at real time to make it most destroyable. The optical module in the laser fuze includes all the optical parts in the missile, its parameters directly affect the performance of the fuze up to the whole weapon system. So the measurement of the parameters of the optical module is very fatal to the weapon system.Traditional measurement of the fuze is totally manual, the precision is influenced by the measurement personnel. In this system, we connect the mechanical system, optical system and electronical system by the computer software to make automatic measurement of parameters. The main function of this system include: measurements of sender and receiver of the module, and initial measurements of the laser and detector. We use the CCD to measure the divergence angle of the laser beam, use the optical meter to acquire the pulse power of the LD, and use the spectrum-instrument to illustrate the spectrum of LD for the sender. And we use the oscilloscope and the double beam method to measure the sensitive, field angle, response time and noise for the sender.First, this dissertation introduces the optical component of laser fuze and the source and purpose of the project. Then we analyse the main parameters and the test principle of the system, and determines the scheme of the system. And then we count for the design and completion of the LD driver circuit, and demonstrate the design of the module in the software system. In the end, we summarize the system and advance the improvement that should be done.
