Research On Communication Technology In Automatic Fire Alarm And Remote Monitoring System

With the development of communication technology, the traditional fire alarm system is trending to automatic alarm and remote monitoring. This thesis analyzes domestic and international automatic fire alarm and remote monitoring systems, and proposes an automatic fire alarm and remote monitoring system of two-layer for enterprise-level applications, and pays more attention to the research of the core technology -- communication technology.This system fits those enterprises with good conditions of network, such as colleges. A multi-level automatic fire alarm and remote monitoring system , which makes the enterprise internal control room as the low-layer control center, 119 Alarm Monitoring Center as the high-layer control center, is built through the network. This system can make full use of fire alarm power and resources, and effectively improve enterprises'fire prevention and fire-fighting capabilities.Advanced automatic fire alarm and remote monitoring systems widely used now are studied, especially their communication technology. Finally the Internet has been chosen as the main communication medium of this system. The public telephone network and the wireless network (CDMA/GPRS) are also used in this system.The Network Collector, containing the Rabbit 2000 microprocessor, has been designed to connect the current fire controlling devices---the serial devices, to network. Monitoring data is saved in the Network Collector, and transmitted to network by the Collector.The Network Transfers Software which has taken the practical situation of the MAN in considering is designed for those users, including separate areas in them, such as colleges. The Through NAT technology is used to solve communication problems between internal and external network users, even users in different internal network. Meanwhile, considering that a huge number of Network Collectors will be connected to the control center, the Multithreading technology is used. So this software can make full use of the PC resources to monitor those fire controlling devices. The SMS Alarm and the SMS transfers Software are designed to service this system. Using them, the control center console, Maintenance center of the manufacturer and technician can get the information of the system in time.After the debug for this system, it is found that this system can fully satisfy the requirement of automatic fire alarm and remote monitoring system and reach the intended purpose.
