| As the increasing number of Self-elevating Offshore Platform using and building, the designing method and validating efficiency of Offshore Platform become a more and more serious problem. The traditional way of referring to huge quantity of design code can't fit the designer's requirement on the efficiency and effect. We could store the existing design scheme in the database, and take the appropriate inference method demanding,calculating,and matching the known requirement parameter to give an suggestion about the unknown parameter to the designer. We all know that the work will have a special meaning to the Offshore Platform designer.According to the requirement, we collect large number of particular data about the Self-elevating Offshore Platform, and store them in the database. We develop the Self-elevating Offshore Platform main elements decision support system on the base of the database which mainly contain two subsystems, the first one is the basic demanding system, and the second one is the classification curve fitting system. The demanding system mainly contain the function of demanding,filtrating,amending,appending,deleting and so on. The classification curve fitting system mainly develops on the least square method to find the relationship between two kinds of vector. It works according to the designer's enactment and will publish the fitting curve and the fitting equation on the right side of the interface at last. The designer could take the fitting curve and fitting equation as the reference for the evaluating of the existing Self-elevating Offshore platform or for the main elements forecasting of the Self-elevating Offshore Platform.In the process of the Self-elevating Offshore Platform designing, the designer needs to build the mathematical model about the main elements. Based on the project design database, using the system modeling theory and method, we build the forecasting model with the single variable and multivariable on the main measure of BP neural network about the main elements of the Self-elevating Offshore Platform. The establishing of the forecasting model can help the designer find the diversification rule of the main elements easily, and choose the appropriate way of forecasting. It has been proved that the model can be used for economic demonstration and validating of the design method. |
