The Design And Implementation Of E-goverment Of Weifang Binhai Economic Development Area

In recent years with the development of electronic information technology and the emergence of the Internet rise,E-government is a new government administration model.This management model will have a significant impact on the government's management,and on the reform of Chinese administrative system.E-government is the management revolution of our government.With the expansion of the BINHAI economic development areas and economic development in-depth,the government need to accelerate the pace of the work of information,through the work of improving the efficiency and openness in government affairs level.On the background of building "Data Weifang",Weifang BinHai economic development areas management committee decide to upgrade the original network to meet the requirement of the municipal government-from the information network to the E-government.The original existing information network is chiefly responsible for the government information' show,ever though it has played a positive role in administrative affairs and services,and it has improved the transparency of our government.With the E-government system's upgrading and the staff's information literacy's promotion,the development manager realize the the building of the E-government is the only way to building "the service-oriented government".In practice,some new features have been raising the demand for this,so in the process of building the E-government we fully considerate it.We build a three-tier network:the chief information network,network and office automation system.In this thesis,on the basic of the procession of the BinHai E-government,we focuses on the flow of official documents,administrative affairs,on-line examination and approval,email,and other basic functions,system design and realization.The system has been deployment in BinHai areas.From the actual operation,we can see that this system had met the objectives of the original thinking.But is still has some deficiencies,such as the information does not dig deep,the current development of E-government system for the use of data to a large extent remain at the level of data retrieval,professional information leading to a lack of information mining tools of the degree of processing Not deep and can not give full play to the value of the information. As a system in use,according to the actual demand changes in the future work of the system continue to be updated and improved,and this constitutes a major work in the future.
