Beijing Electric Power Company play an important role in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, it ensure the supply and demand of electric power. According to it the image monitor system is an important auxiliary system. The system analyzes the difficulties of multiple digital image coding equipments management, it applies dynamic network designtechnology,database management technology and development tools basing on network status. The system designs and implements remote image monitor system basing on demands;The digital image encoding equipment is the transformer substation image supervisory system's core equipment. Along with the computer software and hardware technology's development, the digital image encoding equipment's technical performance unceasingly is also enhancing. The digital image encoding equipment experienced from the digital encoder, the pc based dvr, the embedded dvr, the video server and so on several stages. Although these encoding equipment uses the hardware architecture, the encoding algorithm are entirely different, but they actually have many similarities in the function characteristic. In the article has carried on the analysis comparison to the different type's encoding equipment.One of centralized monitoring system's key technologies is to many kinds of digital image encoding equipment's centralism turning on. It adopts the unification connection the method to come the standard different encoding equipment interface function. In the article described the interface specification definition process in detail.Based on the unified interface specification, in the article the multianalysis has designed the image centralized monitor management system management system's demand analysis, the system design which controls in view of the collection stands. And to main contact surface module, the class media service module, the database disposition module has made the detailed outline analysis design.
