Dam safety inspection play an important role in its materials compile and revise work. Which is necessary, so as to manage and deciper the dam information, at the same time make use of those observed information to construct mathematic model that make expiation follow-up could assist analyzer find out abnormal conditions of the dam in anearly right time and manage the dam's working. Moreover, the development and application of dam inspective date processing software have important significiente due to make efficient use of it that could bring observed information into fall play.With the fast development of construction of hydropower station,people are more aware of the importance of the dam safty monitoring,and also bring forwad higher requirements to dam safty monitoring than ever.To establish advanced computer management system for dam safty monitoring,become an important tache of improving the level of dam safty monitoring technics,after strenthening research and development and manufacturing reliable and advanced data collection and conversion equipment.This thesis analizes the present situation of dam saty monitoring in China and in foreign countries,indicated the necessary of enhansing the web function of dam safty monitoring,through dissertation of structure of B/S and C/S, pointing out that dam saty monitoring softwre composed of B/S and C/S is the new trend in this field in the future,and expound its application in Gezhouba dam safty monitoring information system construction.This thesis composed by seven chapters. Chapter one, the signification and present situation of dam inspective data processing systematic research. Chapter two, the introduction of classified common used databank to inspective information system.Chapter three, the introduction of key technique research to this system on the basis of C/S sructure. Chapter four, the introduction of B/S constructure based inspective information systematic rearch. Chapter five, the introduction of development of inspective information manage system and network technique. Chapter six, the introduction of develop process and research achievement of BlS constructare based inspective information system practically through the condition of inland hydraulic hub inspective information system. Chapter seven, come to a conclusion of dam inspective date processing system and have a look into its prospect.
