In aeronautics area, virtual reality plays an increasingly important role on the designing digital model machine of aircraft, the study of integrated virtual platform supporting aircraft design is provided with important significance.Based on the research of technologies such as collision detection, motion navigation and virtual-glove integration etc., the paper combines virtual design application with the practical demand of aircraft design and has designed the integrated virtual platform for aircraft-design framework. It not only satisfies building model demand of aircraft design, but also provides a few universal functions to upper applications such as virtual assembly, virtual maintenance, virtual design; After having studied the technology of hand gesture recognition in virtual environment, based on research to D-S evidence theory, combining the fuzzy cluster FCM thought, this paper has designed the virtual-hand gesture recognition algorithm and verified the validity and performance of gesture recognition of this algorithm through the experiment; Has more thoroughly researched the grasp condition and the judgment of penetration restricted in virtual environment, this paper proposed an algorithm which is considered as a judgment of virtual-hand penetration and handling based on face- patch, and realized virtual-hand operation such as grasp, translatory movement , rotating and releasing and so on in CATIA virtual environment; Based on CATIA environment, adopting the repeated development technology of CAA and virtual data glove SDK, it has realized an integrated virtual platform for aircraft-design prototype system.Integrated virtual platform for aircraft-design adopts the tactic which integrates equipments such as data-glove and virtual-helmet into CATIA, which can resolve the characteristic problems such as data exchange and real time interactivity in virtual designing system at present; it has good interactive nature and convenience effect etc. |
