Relay protecting device is the important equipment ensuring the power grids safely. The disoperation or rejecting action caused by relay protecting device itself, will seriously affect the safe and stable operation of power grids. Therefore the development of relay protecting device testing platform can make for detecting the hidden dangers of relay protecting device in advance. Then it will enhance the quality of relay protecting device, and have positively practical and economic significance in improving the safe level of power grid.In order to improve the reliability of the xxxx mine intelligent integrated protection produced in Changzhou Mine Equipment Factory, and on the basis of comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the test instrument status, at home and abroad, the special embedded testing platform of protecting device was designed.This testing system is a special embedded system, needs close combination and cooperation of hardware and software. So it designed by combination of hardware and software. The hardware of the testing platform is at the core of embedded microcontroller LPC2292 based on the ARM architecture, together with the necessary peripheral circuits, and prominent in the design of the hardware in the anti-jamming performance and scalability. The software is based on embedded real-time operating systems (RTOS)μC/OS-II, and uses hierarchical, modular designing method, to realize a real-time, high portability and maintainability of a software system.Comparisons with formal manual testing and after field application, this test platform not only improves the comprehensive protection for testing efficiency and enhances the accuracy of the test, but also has greatly enhanced the comprehensive protection of the quality.
