With the development of industry, the request of temperature process control is higher and the control object in industrial processing control was often Time-transform nonlinearity system.The conventional PID control system was not very suit for this type of the system, so designed a new fuzzy-PID controller, and applies the Genetic Algorithms to optimizing the Fuzzy Control. It uses the global convergence to automatically optimize and design the parameter, structure and deduction principles, etc, in order to accomplish higher demands of the Intelligent Control. Fuzzy Control devices have improved the control effect, stabilized the system and strengthened the swiftness and accuracy. Results show that this method is feasible and control parameter. In this system surpassed the conventional PID control system, the effect of control is relatively perfect.Then, author introduces the solution about Temperature control system based on embedded intelligent instrument in details. It is given details of the controller design using the theory of embedded system by UML method, after the system design finished, author illustrates how to implement the hardware and software of the embedded controller system.
