| As the developing of society economy, sports and sports industries are flourishing all over the world. More and more attention is attracted either. In order to keep the justice in competition and keep the accuracy and timeliness in sports-event broadcasting, computer technology has been used in the sports field. But it's been an urgent challenge that how to guarantee a large number of accessing to the system in no time by fully using the existing resources .To improve the traditional weighted least connections algorithm and the balance of the load distribution, this paper improve the utilization of server resources which was used in the web server cluster of Winter Universiade Information Inquiry System by studying the cluster and load balance technology.WUIIS was introduced in all and the important part was this paper gave a major analysis about the system and request analysis and what's more a system network topology was given too. To study the key technologies of the load balance cluster of this system, provide the solutions. The technologies of file synchronization technology, duplicate hot standby technology and dynamic load-balance were applied in this information system requirement. During the 10 days' Winter Universiade, after the test of real operation, the system performed very well, which proved the effectiveness of improved dynamic load-balancing technology. |
