| Since 1980s, the hydrogen generator by water electrolysis, which is developed by Purification Equipment Research Institute of CSIC, has been put into civilian market from military application and awarded by several customers. The marketing needs have been expanded increasingly.In this paper, the actuality is introduced for hydrogen generator by water electrolysis in domestic and abroad, the operating principle of hydrogen generator by water electrolysis have been analyzed, and the operating circumstance have been analyzed on the condition of electrolyte,concentration,temperature and energy wastage. Based on the composing and technical flow of this generator, the requirements of control system have been write here. With the analysis of selection,position and procedure of control tags, some problems of control system at present put forward and deeply analyzed. In order to solve these problems, standardization design mode has been bring forward, This control mode and program has been realized in engineering application with Programmable Logic Controller made by Allen-Bradley Co. and Controllogix software.The whole program has been modularized and divided into several subroutines logically, and program tags have been used in it. So the relations between program and hardware wiring can be achieved quickly, also between program and Human-Machine-Interface. The design of hardware,program and Human-Machine-Interface become relative independency. Through the implementation, the working efficiency has been effectively improved to lower the discrepancy.The application of engineering project indicate that the system is credibility and steady-going, the control mode and program is well done, operation is simply and the control system is all-purpose and expandable in some degree. The control system is automatic and decrease trouble rating, fall the professional requirement of workers, This kind of control system is capable of good expansibility and practicable application value for others. |
