| Networked Monitoring System (NMS) is a kind of new control system developing with computation, communication and control. More and more work has been done on NMS. Since Information Interchanging and Monitoring System of CAN Bus Network (IIMSCBN) has the characters of quick speed, high stability, easy extension, an increasing efforts are put on it.IIMSCBN for ship navigation is an equipment integrated with navigation information receiving, processing, transmitting and displaying. The function of IIMSCBN is to provide a double redundancy CAN bus network communication platform for navigation system, together with each navigation system, double redundancy CAN bus network of navigation system is constituted. Therefore, the safe transmission and information sharing of navigation information can be guaranteed.In order to meet the needs of CAN bus network's application in ship navigation system, the general scheme on design and realization of IIMSCBN is presented. In this scheme, the Integrated Navigation Display and Control Console, all kinds of sensors and other navigation equipments are all connected to the CAN bus, which can accomplish the information sharing with the other systems in the ship that are directly or indirectly connected to the open CAN bus. Therefore, the automation and reliability of the whole navigation system will be improved remarkably. The design principles, the main function, the system composition of IIMSCBN are introduced in detail, the CAN bus network of system is designed and the availability of CAN bus network is approved. The application software based on Zinc of VxWorks is designed and realized. Examples of the graphical user interface (GUI) of IIMSCBN are given. As to the application software, the software testing environment is constructed, the testing methods are designed. The test results indicate that the design of IIMSCBN presented in this dissertation meets the demands of various function indexes.The basic function of IIMSCBN, such as receiving-transmitting message, accumulative message statistic, real-time monitoring of network information and network state, malfunction alarm, work state display of each navigation system are realized in this subject, the running of system is good. |
