It is very significant to finish the real-time measure on attitude, velocity, position and ride quality parameters, which is of great importance for the further improvement of the railway intelligent transportation system and the rapid, safety and stabilization of train. The investigation on attitude measure and ride quality evaluation system for train based on low-cost MEMS micro inertial measurement unit is established, due to the deep research on the domestic and overseas correlative fields.The system obtains these parameters based on inertial measure technique. Concretely speaking, it works through micro inertial sensors' sensitivity, data acquisition and software resolving. The MIMS and GPS integrated measure model are constructed for enhancing the accuracy and reliability of the whole system.The paper introduces the framework and work theory of micro inertial measure system firstly, then expatiates emphatically the design principle and implementation procedure of data acquisition and processing model hardware circuit, and completes the hardware design and test successfully; This paper emphasizes to elaborate strapdown inertial measure algorithm, integrated filtering algorithm and trains' ride quality evaluation algorithm, and programs and debug all software of the system; At last, we test performance of the system by fully static experiments and simple dynamic experiments, and analyse the test results objectively and rationally. Meantime, we prove the rationality and correctness of the system's hardware and software design.
