SKJ-PCI-based digital servo control system is an important experiment equipment in automatic control principle. It is mainly used for the experiments and research of digital servo system. However, this experimental system software's content is not abundant, lack of integrated design and the experiment process is too simple, the students only need to input several control parameters can be obtained experimental results of the entire process, and absent of relevant supporting documents help teaching, very inconvenient to use.In this paper, the current used SKJ-PCI-based digital servo system software, the top part of the re-development, an increase of integrated design of experiments, fuzzy control experiments and fuzzy PID control experiment. After transformation system with the help of a large number of documents, to enable students to use convenient, fast. Papers in the inadequacy of the original analysis system, introduced the programme and the achievement of improved methods. Then analyzed the SKJ-PCI digital servo control system and the basic principles of the function of the design of the control algorithms to be used for a more detailed account of the servo system and the computer communication interface method in detail study on the port is a function of reading and writing. Finally, the PC software design, software development process and the functions of the various parts of the detailed description.Compared with the original software, it will enhance the students in the experimental process of the computer control system hardware and software design and debug, and the ability to analyze and solve experiment appeared in the process of the ability of the practical problems, can have a better understanding of the entire digital control design and realization details, students through it can get more comprehensive understanding of digital servo control knowledge.
