Centrifuges are the core device of purifying uranium enrichment. The task of uranium enrichment often requires tens of thousands of centrifuges or more to complete. Automation control system of the large-scale centrifuge group has been designed and researched.According to the requirements of centrifuge monitoring, the frequency of centrifuges visual alarm monitoring system is completed based on the Linux kernel, with the function of frequency, rotational speed and friction power consumption. The system is made up of two parts: under machine, the main achievement of the cabinet to monitor the working status and alaem function of the frequency signals in the 1920 machine. The main achievement of the upper machine is to obtain the information from the under machine. This system employs Qt framework of the Software Development Kit and multi-threading technology to solve the problem of communication between the threads. Linux systems under the MySQL database are used to achieve the machine-critical information storage. Connection-oriented Socket Communications is used to realize the function of upper machine inquiries and to control the under machine.This system of industrial computer that use Fedora as a platform and PCI data acquisition card is implemented with the Qt library. This system has passed the testing and running experiments of the group of centrifuges. The development of the system has achieved the separation between the workplace and monitoring place. Because of the characteristics of Linux system, a system of true automation and round-the-clock monitoring of the frequency is achieved.
