| Along with the CAD/CAE technology's rapidly expanded, engineering printers are being used on a broadening scale day by day, and the demands on printing speed and drawing quality are becoming higher and higher. The carriage's movement which lead to the position deviation seriously influence the further enhancement of the print quality. Therefore, this article which focus on the carriage movement's characteristic of the general extra wide surface ink-jet printer, proposed a method of Forecast section by section and compensation for group of spots.Firstly, designed speed estimator based on Kalman filter, used the displacement of system in the current sampling point to estimate next condition of sampling section; Secondly, determined the electrical machinery model's related parameter according to the empirical datum; Thirdly, proposed one kind of method which carried on spurts compensation based on the estimate speed, took the speed of the current sampling point as all drops'speed in the next sampling section, carries on spraying ahead of time before print position arrival, compensates the landing error; Finally, realized this algorithm using system-level design tool DSPBuilder, the simulation result indicated: the errors of the alignment accuracy can be compensated to less than 1um. |
