Research And Application Of The Integrity Measurement Mechanism On Trusted Computing Platform

It has been the recent hotspot of theory and application study to solve the computersecurity issues by studying the trusted computing theory and application of the trustedcomputing technology. In this paper, we analyze the theory, system structure andfunction of trusted computing platform, the trusted platform module and TCG softwarestack are the basis of the trusted computing platform, and the trusted platform module isthe core module.In the functions and mechanisms of the trusted computing platform, the integritymeasurement mechanism is the main research object, and it transfers the trust to thewhole trusted computing platform from the trusted root by building the whole trustedchain. We study the realization flows of the integrity measurement computing, integritymeasurement storage and integrity measurement reporting. Moreover, the applicationresearch of the integrity measurement mechanism is mainly used to solve the secureissues of communication system. With analyzing the trust crisis of the twocommunication parties in communication process and comparing the remote attestationmodel, the improved scheme is formed, and the remote attestation protocol based on theintegrity measurement mechanism is showed detailedly. Furthermore, we analyze theprice of data transmission and fault detection status in privacy information system. Afterthe model is improved, the fast detection protocol based on the integrity measurementmechanism in the information system is showed for the information system fault. Inaddition, the TPM emulator which is the open source software is studied based on Linuxsystem. At the same time, the emulator is set up, and the test of the partial integritymeasurement mechanism is implemented.
