Quantitative Dynamic Weighing technology is a promising technology. The present paper has outlined the dynamic weighing technology in the domestic and foreign research present situation and the development, explained the necessity and the urgency of the research dynamic weighing. This article was unifies the combination weighing and the quota control, has realized the dynamic quota weighing goal, thus increased the quota weighing marine products precision and the speed, made up our country marine products processing industry utilization artificial static weighing insufficiency.The paper has specifically analyzed the quota weighing question, has analyzed the difference of marine products dynamic weighing and small material, explained the marine products weighing characteristic. After the analysis and compares, decided to complete the quota weighing marine products by using the combination weighing method. In the monomer weighing aspect, this paper using the function chain neural network method to model building and study ,Compensation electric bridge misalignment error.In quota weighing aspect ,according to the thought of combines using PC machine carry on the combination operation, again will calculate the result which will select through the communication to transmit gives PLC, finally will complete the operation by PLC, will achieve the quota weighing the goal. Regarding the different production request, may establish the free adjustment through the parameter. The system is easy to operate nimble, reliable and the precision is high.
