To meet the training aim of the new century, reform in large scale is carried out inside the domestic high education system, the combination between universities, separations of campus , enlargement of the university, diversification of the major setting, increasing of enrollment and updating of teaching syllabus add much more work to teaching affairs management of university and change the teaching management model. To meet the development of university and the reform of teaching affairs system, research and developing a teaching affairs management system operating at NET to realize the modernization and intelligentizing has been put in the white board.Taking the teaching affairs management in university as example, this research analyses the present teaching affairs system, adopting the B/S frame to develop this management system. The web server uses WindowsServer2003 of Microsoft, background data server SQLServe2000 of Microsoft and developing language C#. ADO.NET technology is adopted to connect and operate the database, which enhances a lot the efficiency of the data operating and running speed of the web server. The author participated in the system's overall design, which including the design work of examination management subsystem, graduation project management subsystem, pages authority and navigation. The teaching affairs system contains practical teaching, textbooks, elite classes, online subjects database and so on, which are still under research.The designed system is of the following advantages: the popular frame, the advanced platform, convenient maintenance and printing, stable operating, high security and ability to support online office model.
