We use a thoughtway named assistant decision-making to design the system.first we use the method of ABC to sort my stock. It could help us to select some methods to manage the A,B or C.for kind of A ,we must be observed importantly, make an inventory everyday, use the method to stock with high frequency. for kind of B, we can stock a mass of B, make an inventory everyday or every month. for kind of C, we can reduce the times of stocking and making an inventory. Because a little difference of money A could make up the B and C.After ABC we point that there is a method to account the saft stock for B.It could gave a result to help decision-making people to analyse. Also, we used the theory of BP net-work to design our alarm system.we import the historical data into the BP net-work, after the BP net-work run,it could give an alarm.We can analyse esaly by introducing these methods of choosing and optimizing for stock.
