As the development of communication technology, in the modern communication system antenna plays an indispensable role, and wireless communication system is used more widely. At the same time, the electromagnetic field of traditional circuit theory and also new challenges. It has been begun to explore new theories to solve new problems faced by, such as the transient time-domain electromagnetics, ultra-wideband electromagnetics, computational electromagnetics, probability theory. Of wireless communication antenna system performance is essential to a higher demand, mainly reflected in a wider frequency band, a smaller, easy to install and carry, at the same time with high radiation efficiency in this area many difficult issues that need to be solved. Internal directional antenna for broadband is still in the research stage of development. In this paper, monopole antenna in the wafer on the basis of these broadband directional antenna's impedance characteristics and radiation effects have been studied to be a clear and effective to quantify the results. The results show that these antennas have a very wide bandwidth, good impedance characteristics, a strong direction.
