The management information of one-way process afterward has no direct feedback , so the needs of DSS is urgent to do more scientific decision-making before the start of activity in the logistics, and to achieve a higher success rate. Therefore, DSS has played an important role in logistics management. The R & D of LDSS speeds up the logistics industry from the traditional to the modern in our country, and catches up with the world's most advanced logistics decision support systems."Jilv Group Green Agricultural Products e-commerce transaction and services systems" is an e-business solution whose design and implementation is special for Jilin green industry groups, including the B2C e-commerce platform, enterprise information system, intelligent logistics decision support systems. The use of the system could promote the Group's construction of enterprise information services, which reduce the time and cost of the employees who deal with customers all aspects such as delivery receipt, speed up information processing speed, improve accuracy and reliability of the information in order to improve work efficiency; the use of the system could support management and decision-making, accurately and timely, in order to enhance their overall effectiveness; the use of the system could shorten product design cycles, improve product yield and rapid response capabilities, improve the accuracy of decision-making and predictability in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Because of Decision support system's own characteristics, its direct economic and social benefits are more difficult and detailed assessment. Application of this decision-making system, aims at reducing risk in decision-making, enhancing the security of logistics operations, accelerating cash flow, speeding up the service, improving service accuracy and level of Service to bring economic and social benefits, which is positive for intra-group reductions to improve efficiency, resource integration.Combination of the design process LDSS in project, this paper presents an approach based on MVC design pattern, using Struts framework, Eclipse development platform in the design of the enterprise information system. Throughout the development process, the paper bases on the study of previous model and classic algorithms, analyzes and extracts mission by combining with Jilv Group of management information systems, designs and implies the vehicle routing problem module, performance modules and work check modules to meet the actual needs of customers.The part of core algorithm in the project begins with the definition and classification of VRP. Based on the study of establishment of a mathematical model as well as implementation of the algorithm in VRP, the author organizes a variety of algorithms and illustrates the application area of these algorithms. Finally, the paper summarizes and describes the support algorithms which the modules used - genetic algorithm in the application of VRP. Genetic algorithm is simple, highly robust, flexible such as to enable it to effectively deal with the problem of solving large-scale VRP. In VRP, a number of individuals through the basic genetic operation, bases on the similarities of biological evolution and the optimal route iteration of the search to search distribution route between the overall scopes. Compared with the algorithms which simply scope paratactic solutions, GA could find the global optimal solution at a larger probability. At the same time, after a comprehensive comparison of various algorithms, the project using genetic algorithms to solve the vehicle routing problem is realistic. And follow-up performance evaluation module and the work check module are a strong support and a necessary complement for the logistics decision support system functional integrity, and a perfect means of the system's management to the staff and the client. In the performance evaluation module, the evaluation system is an important part of in the department's internal rules and regulations. The implementation of appraisal system is able to generate a positive impact on the behavior of various sub-sectors, to reflect the performance of all subordinate departments, to encourage the staff and managers. In the work check module, the system perfects the functions of strengthening of logistics services and customer service of order processing, improves the customer service, integrates business process management and business outlets to ensure the platform's rapid response for customers and its best service.At the final several chapters, the paper introduces a detailed implementation process of the system, combined with functional screenshot examples of the operation. The trade and service system has good flexibility, is ease of modification and maintenance. With more effective and more scientific model of the VRP and the emergence of algorithms and continuous supplements to performance evaluation, the system'functions would continue to refine and improve its application of more extensive and lasting.With the continuous development of computer application technology, the widespread application of logistics technology and the further improvement of decision support system, logistics services will be more high-quality, logistics management will be more scientific and logistics decision-making will be more efficient, which is significant with a win-win situation for both businesses and customers. |
