Research On Leakage Detection System Of City Water Pipeline

The work of controlling leak water of pipeline system is being paid more attention to by countries all over the world.The amount of controlling leak is an important criterion of water pipeline technology and running state.All the water-supply enterprises are faced with the same topic of controlling of leak water.At the same time,the equipment of water-supply enterprises in our country is out of date.Despite of some achievement in searching leak technology in more than ten years,they are seldom used in practical work because of dissatisfied effect or very large investment.It is an urgent task to search an economic and effective method for all these supply water enterprise.This paper adopts the method of acoustic and use it into the leak of pipelines which transport the water by comparing the technology and researches of domestic and abroad.It also introduces the basic character of the pipelines signal and the basic theory of the acoustic measurement.And then it introduces a suit of utilized and effective method to deal with the signal of the leakage according to the character of the leak signal and the capability demand of the system.Water pipeline leak detection and location system based on cross-correlation is studied.In order to improve the precision of time delay estimation, the primary factors are analyzed,and the signal conditioning circuits that filter parameter and amplifier gain can be programmable real-time adjusted are introduced to increase SNR. At last,it gives the principle and design of the distract circuit,simulated signal circuit and the A/D transfer circuit in detail.The core of the hardware is chip of TMS320LF2407A.High precision is guaranteed because of quick velocity of signal processing of DSP chip.Hardware includes receiving and amplification of signal,data acquisition,memory,display and DSP processor.The data acquisition system fulfils the effective identification of the acoustic signal, picking and transportation.The host-computer using LabVIEW fulfils the communication of the data,the management method of the leak signal and the showing of the interface.By experimenting and monitoring the data and the waveform of the system,it comes to the result that the method of the monitor and the pipelines leak signal is actable and useful.
