Printers,copiers,graphics equipment have widely used in today's office, engineering drawings,financial accounting and other aspects. And the role of ink cartridges in printers,copiers,graphics equipment is as important as gas in the car. To develop the cartridges test system for ink-jet product line can ensure the quality of inkjet products. Cartridges test system when meeting the requirements can control the total cost and maintenance costs, such the test system has high practical value.At present in China, the ink is still in the separate testing phase, meaning that test is every component. In this case, it reduces the efficiency of the test, waste a lot of time. In international wide, the method of testing is using one test equipment,and test cartridges is a whole, but still driven by hand. The development of test system has improved the test efficiency. The developed test cartridge system is simple and less time to detect the entire project, and its cost is not high, and easy to maintain.In this paper,firstly,the structure of cartridges, the system hardware solution,and the features of microcontroller AVR ATmega8L are introduced. Stepper motor drive chip,the stepper motor control circuit, the control type of stepping motor are explained. The role of the sensor assembling and Memory chip in cartridge, sensor circuits of magnetic block and memory, the reed switch and optocoupler, the control system of black boxes, circuits the LCD of PVC160203PYL01 LCM and button, RS-232 communication circuits are designed.Then the paper gives the modules of system software,the program flow chart,the main program function,the system control parameters. In order to ensure the stability of the software, reasonable interruption is arranged. A modular programming methods and procedures of the anti-"go fly" and "deadlock", and other relief techniques are used.Finally,this paper also introduces the Anti-jamming design about PCB, debugs the system and produce a prototype for the use of ink manufacturers to observe whether or not the function of the system, whether or not adjustable parameters, the stability of the operation.The results show that the cartridge can meet the technical specifications,could develop the Marketing.
