As the managerial and technical level increasingly, document integral management plays a more important role in corporation's management. The Digital Document Management Information System, as a credible plat for the document integral management, is avoiding the vacuum area and superabundance work in document integral management. According to introduce the design and implementation of Digital Document Management Information System for the Construction and Administration Bureau of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project in this thesis, the enlarging and exactness of document theory is established, on the one hand, to improve the work efficiency and managerial level of the amanuensis and archives'management; on the other hand, the information technique is used to realize the design of the document integral management.The discussing systematic is form theory to practice in the thesis. The background, purposes and significance of this thesis is expatiated firstly. The development process and current application state of the Digital Document Management Information System is generalized, and then the structure of this thesis is introduced. Then the characteristic of documents in the Construction and Administration Bureau of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project is discussed and the document integral management is designed by the enlarging and exactness of document theory. The strongpoint of the design is dispersing the archiving work to peacetime. Improving the usage of the documents and the level of modern management, the system contains official document management, digital document centre and digital record centre.The technologies of J2EE and XML used in this system and the development and runtime environment are introduced briefly in the phase of analysis. The decision of technical choice is made after comparing the framework of presentation and persistent layer solutions with current technologies and the patterns of software architecture analyzed. Then the overall structure of the Digital Document Management Information System is designed based on the user's requirement and the actual run environment in the phase of design. By taking the module of document marked as an actual example, the method of how to design and implement from president layer and business layer to persistent layer after analyzing the requirement and use case is elaborated. Finally the design and implementation of archiving management and electron file management is discussed.In order to keep the security and manage the privilege dynamically, the technology of privilege control based on"user-station-role-resource"is designed considering the feature of web application in this thesis, and then implemented.
