| Lighting system of TV is becoming digital because of the development of the lighting control system. Giant dimmer system results in a great deal of harmonic current discharge in the electrical net, so the voltage and current of dimmer cubicle system produce severe aberration. The paper introduces multifunctional light control system based on DSP. It integrates data sampling and progressing, signal analysis, showing and communications. It can preferably measure electric parameters and control dimmer cubicle. Especially, it explicates the part of field sampling control.With many modules and interfaces in TMS320LF2407A, the high ratio of performance to price and the high stability are obtained.So the device can accurately analyze the voltage, current; power and harmonics.The paper introduces the hardware and software design of data acquisition and harmonic analysis. The signal is processed really and accurately. The communication of terminal and center computer is used CAN bus. CAN bus can efficiently supports distributed real-time control with a very high level of data integrity, and communication speeds of up to 1 Mbps.The design principle and specific structure of real FFT algorithm were proposed . the algorithm saves memory locations and improves operation efficiency. It meets the requirements of dimmer cubicle system for real-time. The experiments proved the parameters of harmonic that meet the requirements of the system.The method of the modularization is also employed, which makes it easy to transplant the developed program modules.To sum up,the measurement and analysis system not only makes a great progress in smartness,but also realizes real-time ability,easy operation,high reliability. |
