With the developing of the engineering construction, the users'demanding of the acoustic detector equipment is becoming more various. A design mode for acoustic detector system based on modularization is presented in this paper; which divides the acoustic detector system into various function modules, and then uses different modules to integrate different products for the purpose of meeting different users' demand. This method has sharply decreased producing time and material cost of the whole system.This thesis analyzed the principle and method of the acoustic dynamic and technology of modularization first. Then I divide the acoustic detector system into different function modules. The system uses ARM9 as its core CPU, with the help of CPLD devices. PC104 links up the master CPU and the CPLD. The using of low power consumption circuit, embedded and modularization technologies consumes lower power, while gains higher reliability.As a difficulty of the acoustic detector's realization, the signal integrity design is proposed. In this paper, I introduce the reason of the signal integrity in detail and research the reason and solution of hardware modularization design. Then I give a solution to improve the stability and anti-jamming performance of the system.The system has been tested in the laboratory, the indexes of the system are given in the paper and they all achieve the requirement. The acoustic detector has been applied into the construction spot. It works all right and receives praises.In the last part of the thesis, a conclusion of the dissertation has been given out and a possible object of researching and developing for us to continue has been put forward finally.
