At present, outstanding problems of the network storage are storage capability on network is insufficient, which is restricted by transmit speed peak value of memory interface, slow data transferring, low channel efficiency and access speed, long respond time for client's, further more, security, integrity, QoS of data transmission are rarely guaranteed. In order to satisfy Next Generation Internet environment, Ubiquitous Storage system is researched .This system constructs based on IPv6 in the Wide Area Network(WAN), through the web way, manages and demonstrates storage nodes which are distributed on WAN. This system supports 1PB total storage capacity at least, and 256 distributed storage nodes at least. By now, software of this system are composed of network storage administer, dynamic load balance strategy and safe transmission middleware. In this system, the dynamical load balance strategy gathers relevant information of storage nodes and clients'requirement to ensure load balancing among storage nodes of the system, and provides the fine service for the clients. This dynamic load balance strategy bases on characteristic of WAN and demands of the system, integrates various strategies together, is used in three levels, and realizes assignment and the dispatch clients'space for achieve load balancing of whole system. The system tests this strategy from three aspects, use percentage each storage nodes, connect numbers of each storage nodes and clients' response time. Compares with the random strategy, test result indicates dynamic load balance strategy has balanced in the system in the certain degree, reduced user's response time, thus enhanced the whole storage system performance.
