| With the purpose of maintaining the safety of the nation and fulfilling the requirement of modern war, improving the flexibility of national economy, the national economy mobilization is a series of activities to transform the national economy from normal status to war-time status, which includes the fast and proper producing and the selecting and gathering in the medical systems. Thus, The National Economy Mobilization (NEM) is a complex project of systems engineering.The objective of the development of National Economy Mobilization Pre-draft Simulation and Training System(NEMPSTS) is to take the advantages of the computer distributed simulation, arrange the simulation and training activities via networks, which could save lots of time, human and material resources, check the rationality and effectiveness for mobilization pre-draft and improve the stuff's ability in economy mobilization in real world. Because of the complex environment and processes of economy mobilization, scenario can provide more effective and flexible ways for simulation control and get much more better results.Based on the NEMPSTS, the paper discussed the design and implementation of scenario genearation system, which would play a positive role to improve the whole system's function and effect. This paper introduced the basic situation of NEM and NEMPSTS. According to the concept of the scenario and the development of scenario generation, the issue presented the content of the scenario, scenario generation system's functions and objectives based on the background of the NEM. And then the two different levels, namely, macro-and micro-scenario, were described respectively. Under the NEMPSTS's framework, the describing and generating methods for the different scenarios'content in each level as well as the script-driven method were also discussed with workflow modeling and other related technologies. At last, the issue explained the implementation of scenario generation system. |
