| Industrial wireless technology, which is a technology for short-distance devices with low-speed information interaction and is applied to be used in harsh industrial environment, is burgeoning in this century. It has the characteristics of strong anti-interference capability, ultra-low power, real-time communication and so on. It is the expansion of functions and technological innovation in the direction of industrial application of the wireless technologies, and becomes the research focus in the field of industrial control and the new growth point of industrial automation products.The development status and trend of the industrial wireless technology are researched and the methods and application status of the integration of wired and wireless network at present are analyzed. The scheme of integration on application layer using EPA application protocol is selected based on the characteristics of communication protocol of ZigBee wireless communication technology and EPA industrial Ethernet to realized the unifed management.Tree-based address assignment mechanism is studied and a new mechanism increased by degrees is put forward to make up the limit of low depth of tree-based address assignment mechanism, and address reassignment is realized by the management of the using flags. The calculation method of path cost is given and the mesh network is supported by the combination of the tree-based and AODV routing algorithm. The fragmented data transmission is implemented by using the sliding windows mechanism and the error detection method of selective-reject automatic repeat request.The hardware platform of programmable controller PEC8000 is introduced and the communication model of network management and data transmission included industrial Ethernet, RS485 network and ZigBee network are proposed. The configuration of wireless devices is presented on the demand of the establishment and joining wireless network and the management of the slave devices is realized through the mapping of resource, configuration of parameters and the parsing and executing of command. The approach to on-off line automatic detection and topology collection of wireless devices are put forward and the multilevel message forwarding is supported by packing layer upon layer to achieve multilevel network control. The application scheme of the integrated system of ZigBee network and EPA network is illuminated and the work of this paper is validated by a sample about the configuration and operation of wireless network. The application area and cost of EPA network could be effectively enlarged and reduced by the expansion of ZigBee wireless network. |
