Telecommunication Long-distance Network Resource Management System Key Technologies Research

In these recent years, telecommunication network construction has become more and more sophisticated, and the kinds of telecom service carried by the network has become much more than before, because of the rapid development of network and continuous appearance of new services. In order to being convenient and quick to provide well network organize support and dispatching service for customer, providing basis service platform so as to improve the business, and improving the telecom operator's work efficiency and service quality, how to realize telecom network resource management, has become a hot key of research and implement.In this background, based on the project of " the Second period of The China Unicom long-distance network resource management system" by Glorisoft corporation Ltd. in China Unicom, the paper has designed a multi-layered, distributed and module-based management system which is based on J2EE framework, UNIX platform, TCP/IP protocol and Sybase enterprise relation database.The mainly tasks covered by this paper come as follows:â‘ Analyze the background, facts, criterions and concept of telecom network resource, and emphasis on the key technology for realizing management system;â‘¡Based on the blue print and criterion of "First period of China Unicom long-distance network resource management", status in quo of telecom network resource, the author takes part in designing the whole framework of both software and hardware, detailed partitioning this system into several important modules;â‘¢Design and realize these modules of telecom network resource management system: resource query of transmitting network, room resource management, data network resource management based on WebGIS and MVC structure; bring out their resource modules; and also complete capability test partly.
