Personalizationhas become the current of today's Web applications. This paper deals with onlinebook-purchase system, which is based on the rule of data-association. Compared withsome online used ones, this program has more advantages. For instance, users canuse it in a more simple wayand the interface more intuitive, and soon.Though the online book-purchase system has just started in China, it has developedrapidly. There will be more consumers and market potential will be brought into full playastheinternethasbeenpopularizedinourcountryandtheonlinebook-purchasesystemhas been more and more mature. The improper exigent demand for the online book-purchase system will not help to solve the problem but hold up the valuable opportunitiesand make himself in a passive status. As an online system of book scanning andtransaction, it is a typical e-commerce system. It enablespeople"fair"bookstore and buytheir favorite books at home. The system is the realization of customers by visiting theweb site online book-purchase system, scanning the new books and good ones orfindingtheneededbooks,finallyplacinganorderthenwaitingforthemailordoor-to-doorservice.This system acts like a trolley. The paper analyzes the online book-purchase system on the base of HTMLlanguage, ASP programming technology of Jscript source code and IIS. ASP returnsthedatatothebrowseraftertheserveranalyzingthedata.Thereforeit'snotnecessarytoworry about whether the browser can run the code or not, the reason is that all theprograms are implemented on the server, including the script programs embedded inHTML. The procedure completed, the server returns—only the result to the browser ofthe use. Thus the speed of interaction enhanced and the burden of client browserreduced. However, italsoleadstosuchaproblemthatitisnotasfasttorunanASPpageas a HTML page. Because the general HTML page can be analyzed, while ASP pagedoesonlyaftertheserverimplementsthecode in the wholepage.ASPcan't browse until the server's implementation. It's possible to browse the ASPpage on an ASP server. Weneed to set our computer ASP server if on our out machines. We do not need to becomea stand-alone computer a local area network, only make it a single server. This systemgives a brief introduction to the background of personalized page and the principle ofwindows 2000 server + IIS + ASP system; the systematic structure of the personalizedpage and it's working principle. The system also analyzes the specialization, difficultiesand focus. The use of ACCESS database manages the background data of the wholebook-purchase system. The connection of ASP and ADO enables the following functionas user management, catalog management, book entry information management, bookstore's order management, the browsing and finding of books and online shoppingbilling management and so on. The system also analyzes and deals with a series oftechnical problems. Another purpose is to establish a complete online book-purchasesystem then test it and analyzes the result. The development of ASP absorbs IDC(Internet Database Connect). Step by step today's ASP can use ADO (ActiveX DataObjects) to facilitate the access the database. ADO is an application methods based onODBC. It can be linked to any ODBC—compliant database and OLE BD—compatibledata sources. Such as Access, SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, Word, and so on. ADOtechnical inquiries in the library do not need to traverse a complex hierarchical structure, the results of inquiries can be stored not only in small objects, but also in the bulk of dataprocessing.Itiseasytouse,andwithahigh-speed,memory,andothersmalladvantages.ADO andASPis apain of running matesin the database accessand hasbecome a coretechnology of date query, data management and treatment. In short, ASP combines thescript language, Hypertext Markup Language and powerful database access functions. So that is generates highly dynamic interactive and complex database operation, andmakesit possible to run complicated database operation. The system contains two modules: front-line sub-system of book-purchase andbackground bookstore management sub-system. By the former, the user can visit thewebsite through web-browser. In the website, users can sign up for landing, modify oraddpersonalidentification, searchthebook, see detailed information, forthepurchaseofthebook.Aftertheuser'schoosing, theordersaregenerated, automatically, includingthe number and prices of books. And by the background bookstore sub-system, bookstoremanagerscanvisitthesite, addordeletegoods, andhandletheorderinformation, deleteorders which are alreadyprocessed, and soon. The front-line sub-system functions as the real-life stores, customers can browsemerchandise and make choicesand paythe bill. In the process of website designing, thedistribution arrangement should be paid close attention. Customers can easily makechoices and goods data can be singled out flexibly. Simplify the shopping process inorder to build the "Simple, effective and smoothly" shopping environment. Thebackgroundmanagement system involvesthe traditionalconcepts. It managesthebooksrespectively and provides the addition, modifying and deleting of book information. Themanagement of order is a key part of background management system. Each of theoperations is marled. Great importance should be attached to the relation of the ordermanagementandthebookmanagement.Theconvenientinquirymethodandreasonablemanagement of the operation should also beprovided. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Online Book-purchase, ASP, Connection, Database, ActiveX, Data Objects, B/s | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
