The computer simulation, a kind of experimental technology, provides a certain computer experiment environment for some complicated systems, and makes it possible that the measurement of the system's future capability and its long-term dynamic nature can be realized on the computer within a relatively short time. The emulation technology, which is quite integrative, has such characteristics as credible, no destructive, repeatable, safe, economical, and free from the limitation of meteorological condition, field and space, etc. The technology of emulation is widely applied in various fields.The visual display system is an important composing part of aviation simulator, whose main function is to provide vision and view for the aviator during a practical flight mission as well as strengthen sense of trueness and promote the effect in training. During the process of training, the vision and view can offer about 70% useful information to the aviator. The richness, fidelity, definition as well as the size of the visual angle of view images provided by the visual display system will directly influence the quality of the aviation simulator and the effect of aviation training.The curved-face screen projection aberration detection system can be applied in all kinds of targets'detections in aviation simulator visual display system. And this system is mainly used to provide valid data gist during the developing of various curved-face display and check and accept gist when finished.This topic comes from an integrative study including the deducting of mathematics model, computer controlling and mechanism design. And this study is needed by a scientific research on aviation simulator. In view of the particularity of military equipment development, only parts of the study are depicted in the article.1. Starting with the structure of several kinds of curved-face screen display systems such as cylinder display system, sphere screen display system and abaxial virtual image display system, etc., this study introduces the theory of computer emulation, the development of aviation simulator and the classification and constitution of the visual display systems in those key systems in aviation simulator, and analyzes the characteristics of them.2. The study completes the operation deduction on mathematics model of geometry aberration producing theory in curved-face display system. In terms of the reason of projection aberration and optics aberration of the system in the curved-face visual display system, the article makes some analysis.3. The mathematics calculation on optics aberration analyzed above is checked by computer language which leads to a variational chart so that the theoretic calculation can be validated by computer-produced chart.4. The study completes composing the control software which is based on the control of PIC single chip and is used in CCD collecting system that is applied on electromotion rotational stage, so that a tool has been provided for the automation of CCD camera.5. The study completes the design and mathematics deduction of automatic aberration emendation on cylinder display system. And all of this has been validated by computer language.The article does a good research on the realization method and the complete design frame of curved-face aberration detection, gets some experience and does some basic work for the further development of this topic in the future. However, for the sake that this system belongs to the military training project, and parts of the development work are kept secret, the article cannot cover all these aspects. And at the same time, the author does not have enough time and energy, so in terms of some study on aberration theories, the article just covers some theoretic analysis and focuses on parts of the functions. Therefore, the following three aspects can be further studied in the future research.Firstly, this article mainly focuses on the theoretic analysis on the aberration and emendation of curved-face display system while the process of aberration emendation is currently in the experimental stage. Therefore, in the future research, more experiments should be done on the basis of this system so as to further improve the process and realize automation of the emendation process.Secondly, the present automatic emendation within this system is still confined to the analysis and emendation on the error of optics structure. The better automatic emendation solution to the non-linear aberration caused by the technical errors in large display system has not been proposed. The future research should focus more on this aspect.Lastly, the method of automatic aberration of this system is based on the second development under the debugging function of the present aberration emendation computer. There is still space for improvement in the future research. The own development and accomplishing of hardware circuit should be achieved in the very near future. |
