Research On Distributed Web Remote Monitoring System Based On Java Technology

This paper is based on a Shanghai foreign enterprise of processing high polymer protection materials. This enterprise has a different branch in Shanghai's Songjiang, Zhangjiagang, Singapore, and other areas, so it needs to build a remote monitoring system of automated and networked in order to convenience of management and information sharing .Management of enterprise can remote monitor production line and remote control parameter of running equipment. The paper is researched about distributed web remote monitoring system based on Java-Technology after comprehensive analysis of task needs of enterprise and modern remote monitoring technologies .It is full use of the characteristic of Java technology, object-oriented, stable, platform indendence, explanation methodoldgy, multithread, dynamic.This paper studies communication protocol of Omron E5EZ table Hailipu HOLIP table RKC CH402 table, Fujitsu G11, etc, which used usually in the control of industrial enterprises. The data transmission and control that between computers and equipment is achieved by the Java technology for serial communication, it achieves real-time monitoring and control for the parameters of production process .The system is designed that it include background database system between the customer and the equipment and operate interface, it is very easy to operate, scalability and strong, and it is a real-time Remote-control system.The Date Acquisition system is compiled use Java serial communication technology, the site of remote network monitoring is designed adopt JSP ,and JDBC as database connection technology,microsoft sql 2003 database is used as the background database.
