Recombination Measurement & Control Experimental (RMCE) system is a kind of advanced testing system for measurement and control, which could choose different hardware/software modules and rapidly reorganized as testing system to different application needs. This dissertation build up a RMCE system for the experimental course "Mechanical Engineering Measurement", in order to offer a general experiment platform for the experiment in the course, with a hardware platform based on the five degree freedom motion platform, multi-function data acquisition board and a variety of sensors and jigs.In order to ensure the stepping-motor driver unit working properly and the motion platform performing accurately, it is essential to generate the control signal or the excitation signal with different control mode. Therefore, we constructed and packed stepping-motor driver system based on virtual instruments technique which can be dynamic called, as well as the feedback system based on the grating ruler.The rapidity of the RMCE system is own to control component with a standard interface, so that the software of RMCE system could be established by linking the needed control component together under the Human-machine Interface. And the paper cabling subsystem was adopted to achieve rapid connect and communications between different component controls.In this paper, the main constituents of the motion platform of the experimental system were discussed and the related key technique was analyzed. Visual C++ was used as development tool and based on PC, DAQ, the open-loop and closed-loop of grating ruler sensors to control motion component. We devise the cabling subsystem to deal with the problem of the connection of visual simulation and data communication (geometrical information and signal data information class) when system dynamic recombination, and we also researched the graphics categories, definition of members function, as well as other key technique. Modularization, multi-thread design and Active Control Packaging Technology are widely used in this system. It also proved its feasibility and practicality when apply this platform to the component of RMCE system of typical parameters of the mechanical engineering.
