| According to the problems that airplane product changes frequently, tooling design responds slowly and too much repetitive work exists, as well as associating with"11th Five-Year Plan"National Key Technology R&D Program and requirements from aviation enterprises, collaborative design technologies of aircraft tooling are deeply studied. The main fruits of this paper are as follows:1) An aircraft tooling's collaborative design framework which incorporates multi-agent and TCEng has been constructed. This framework combines multi-agent with TCEng, exerts autonomy of agent and advantage of TCEng workflow management. As a result, it comes true that the quick response, adaptive adjust and cooperative update that aircraft tooling design to airplane product modification.2) The Primary and Secondary Link Method of geometric collaborative design for aircraft tooling is put forward. The Primary Link filters product model and generate cooperative design factors which involves Key Characteristics. The Secondary Link associates cooperative design factors with tooling parts, and cooperative design factors act as the basis of tooling design.This method greatly lessens heavy network load, improves collaboration efficiency, and realizes the quick and automatic modification of aircraft tooling design.3) The Semantic Web Rule Method of semantic collaborative design for aircraft tooling is proposed. This method combines production rule with semantic web ontology by way of representing semantic rule. By means of Semantics web rule inference, new deductions or actions are generated, so as to extend semantic web ontology or transmit semantic information. This method helps to the representation, store and reuse of experiences, and realizes semantic transmitting between airplane product and tooling, or between aircraft tooling and reports or among users participating in a workflow.4) A collaborative design system of aircraft tooling based on multi-agent and TCEng has been developed. This system adoptes JADE development architecture and integrates TCEng system seamlessly. This system has been successfully deployed in collaborative design of aircraft tooling in a large-scale aviation enterprise. |
