| The logistics mode is in a transition from traditional to modern logistics with the development of economy globalization and the widely usage of information technology (IT).The management of logistics information is the core of the modern logistics management. It is necessary to construct the logistics management information system (LMIS) in order to keep the information smooth.Firstly, this article analyses the actuality of the management process about Distribution logistics manages process based on the theory of logistics. Then it points out the problem that existed in management process about Distribution logistics manages process. Combining with the problem appearance, it reengineers the management process about Distribution logistics manages process based on BPR. And then basing on the management process about Distribution logistics manages process which was reengineered, it offers total project solving problems. It analyses, designs and then realizes LMIS, according to the theory of information system. The application effect of BPR can not do an impersonal, complete, accurate evaluation. It brings out the evaluation index system of LMIS based on the feature of LMIS. At last, the working successful countermeasure has carried out investigation and discussion on logistics management system.The most important trait of this dissertation is its cohesion of theoretical, practical in sights and strengthening practice problems solved by application of the management theory with pertinence and practicability. It will produce a healthy guideline and offer a useful reference for the company taking part in upcoming logistics operation and reducing stock and in upcoming logistics operation and reducing stock and controlling costs and cutting down information distortion the main purpose of this dissertation is to improve logistics management level and informatization degree, and thus enhancing the market competitiveness of company. |
