Multi-radar data fusion technology has developed into a very active research field. By comprehensive utilize variety of different radars, it can get lots of information that can not be got by single radar, and it can better accomplish the task of target detection and tracking, and improve the system defense ability. However, in recent years, radar detection ability has shapely declined due to use of low altitude aircraft. How to realize the dim target tracking in high density of clutter environment has become a big problem.Aiming at the above-mentioned problems, in this paper, firstly, in order to suppress the residual clutter as far as possible, a pretreatment has been given to the radar plot data. This method not only reduces the calculation effectively but also improves the accuracy of follow-up track initiation.Secondly, based on the existing track initiation algorithm, an improved Hough transform track initiation method is proposed. This method can realize the dim target track initiation by means of incoherent integration. At the same time, in order to further reduce the false trace, connectivity analysis is introduced to this method. Finally, a data association rule is introduced, and using mixed coordinated Adaptiveα-βfilter to realize the dim target tracking. Experimental results show that this method has good tracking performance.
