| In this paper, it is designed and developed that a comprehensive experimental platform based on the PCL-818HG data acquisition card for testing and controlling parameters of mechanical installation with personal computer,the aim of which is to help the persons learning testing and controlling parameters of mechanical devices quickly master software development and debugging. All the hardware and software of the test-bed are open,and the learners need only to add or reduce the testing and controlling components,then write the corresponding testing and controlling program,and debug in the experimental platform.On the basis of summarying the computer test-controling system in principle,the mandate of the computer test-controling system, several common computer testing and controling system architecture and the development status quo and trend of computer test-controling system ,the text studies the relevant content and the key technologies of designing the test-bed based on the PCL-818HG data acquisition card for testing and controlling parameters of mechanical installation with personal computer ,designs and develops the open software and hardware systems of the test-bed .Then by the change speed control of the JCP-5-type body movement innovative test-bed and the multi-channel stress test of ATV vehicles for example,the paper verifies the change speed control, analog output, the external pulse count and multi-channel analog signal acquisition functions of the experimental platform.The results show that making use of the software and hardware of the test-bed system developed in this paper, it will not only help learners to quickly and easily master the testing and control skills of mechanical devices parameter aided by computer ,but also the open characteristics of the test-bed makes the software system may become the foundation of developing testing and control software used in practice.The test-bed developed in this paper completes a variety of computer testing and control task by calling the different testing and controlling software in the same platform.It integrates the virtual instrument with different functions,and is a computer testing and controlling integrated instrument. In addition, the test results for the change speed control, analog output, the external pulse count and multi-channel analog signal acquisition function of test-bed show that the hardware and software system of the experimental platform has been with a change speed congtrol, analog output, external Pulse count functions and the capabilities of testing multi-channel parameters. |
