With the development of information technology and the popularization of network technology, application system based on the Web has been flourished. In order to pursue the development of Chaoyang Engineering School, to improve the management level of school administration and teaching, to improve office efficiency, we plan to construct an campus network office automation system integrating B/S structure and advanced JSP technology. It is safe, reliable and efficient. It achieved online office.To accommodate the need of office information network management in Secondary vocational-technical school, the author has designed and executed the B/S–based campus office automation system. JSP technology of dynamic web has been adopted in the development, which allows such functions as public information sharing, personal office, document management, file transmission and system management. Unified modeling language (UML) had been applied in the designing process; Unified data accessing connection has been achieved through the conventional module of access to data; System's data accessing efficiency has been improved by utilizing the storage process technology on database. Meanwhile, the system's technological leadership status, practicality and security have been ensured in the system with the application of such security measures as login verification, the user, role, privilege distribution modules.The "Campus Network Office Automation System"(CNOAS) designed and implemented in this paper has been put into pilot run. So far, the results have been encouraging. The CNOAS is characterized by:(1) Application of the JSP technology and B/S-based advanced development model;(2) Practicality of CNOAS, while allows genuine "on-line office".(3) Satisfying requirement of the all requirements of users access to information.(4) Security of CNOAS, user-friendly layout ,easy to operation.
