| The paper expounded the results of visual monitoring technology research in recent years, combining with the appliance of which in the building of official network by the Beijing government and the appliance in security industry, integrating the visual materials of Beijing municipal public security, Beijing municipal committee of communications, Beijing municipal administration commission and some other units of government, then conducted the program of visual system construction for units of government and the major institutional units. The text propounded the method of urban alarming and monitoring system construction and the key technology in implement.The paper based on the appliance of urban alarming system and the construction of monitoring platform in official departments in Beijing, analyzing the demand and the difficulty in the construction, introduces feasible solutions. The platform is divided into three parts according to the administration district: city platform, district platform and county platform which make sure that the information is gathered form the bottom to the top. The platform provides visual monitoring video for the major units of Beijing government by the visual searching service (providing playback, download and save of visual), information service of platform (providing GIS, WEB, log management, information statistics and other interface service). |
